HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' BASKETBALL: NOTRE DAME BOYS FALL AT TOWANDA (13 PHOTOS) (2025-01-18)

TOWANDA, PA. — The Notre Dame boys’ basketball team fell to Towanda on Saturday afternoon, 59-40.

Towanda held the Crusaders to 12 first-half points, leading 26-12 at the half, before Notre Dame’s offense got going more in the second half. However, Towanda scored 33 second-half points themselves to get the win.

Finn Schweizer led Notre Dame with 14 points. He had eight, with a three, in the third quarter.

Gabe Patterson and Menelik Jenkins had six points each for Notre Dame and Rocco Sayers finished with five points.

Landon English, Luke Richards and Pat McCarhty finished with three points each for Notre Dame.

Makel Garner had a double-double to lead Towanda with 17 points and 12 rebounds.

Bayley Poll had 13 points for Towanda and Darrius Farrell had 11 points. Graham Welles finished with seven points and Boom Thompson had six points.
