HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' BASKETBALL: FESETCH NETS 37 AS HORSEHEADS TOPS VESTAL (2024-12-18)

HORSEHEADS — Jack Fesetch finished with 37 points while the Horseheads boys’ basketball team beat Vestal 71-58 on Wednesday night.

Fesetch had nine threes in the game,  hitting at least two in every quarter. He had 10 points in the first quarter, eight in the second and fourth and 11 points in the third quarter.

Mason Holloway had 11 points, all in the third quarter.

Horseheads led 29-15 at the half on their way to the win.

Trevor Klug had six points for Horseheads and Josh Stout finished with five points.

Miles Woodhouse and John Durr each had four points for Horseheads and Keagan Zeller and Griffin Stevens finished with two points each for the Blue Raiders.

JT Gannon had 22 points for Vestal, with 13 coming in the fourth quarter.
