Southern Tier Sports Report NEWARK VALLEY — The Edison girls’ basketball team fell at Newark Valley on Tuesday, 57-14.
Edison got six points from Charlee Stroman and Mali Huffner finished with four points.
Kailey Ripley had three points for the Spartans and Maycie Bennett had one point.
Anika Smith had 14 points for Newark Valley, 12 in the second half and Adriana Rich had 14 points, with a three. She had six points in the final quarter.
Kamryn Short had nine points, seven in the first half, six in the second quarter.
Haven Aylesworth had eight points, six in the second half and Adrianna Finta had seven points, five in the first half.
