HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' SWIMMING & DIVING: HORSEHEADS NOTCHES HOME VICTORY OVER ITHACA (24 PHOTOS) (2024-12-10) Southern Tier Sports Report HORSEHEADS — The Horseheads boys’ swimming and diving team won seven events on the day as they topped Ithaca 107-74 on Tuesday.
Horseheads won the 200 medley relay in 1:50.41.
In the 200 free Devin Sullivan of Horseheads was second in 2:01.20.
Thai Tran won the 200 IM in 2:18.02 and Joseph Wood was third at 2:29.96.
Kiran Gulati won the 50 free in 24.62 with Kegan Monahan third in 25.71.
Max Tenbus won the diving at 137.15 and Robert Bigelow was third at 91.08.
Thang Tran won the 100 fly in 1:01.47 followed by Drake Ernst (1:06.32) and Liam Kane (1:07.71).
Sullivan won the 100 free in 52.79 and Gulati was third at 55.27.
MJ Carro was second in the 500 free in 5:50.38 followed by Monahan in 5:59.78.
Horseheads won the 200 free relay in 1:39 and in the 100 back Thang Tran won at 1:02.76 followed by Wood (1:10.36) and Avi Patel (1:12.15).
