BRACKETS SET FOR SECTION 4 BOYS AND GIRLS SOCCER PLAYOFFS (2024-10-17)

The Section 4 soccer brackets are set with games kicking off as early as next week.

For the boys in Class D the Notre Dame boys are the fourth seed. They host Morris, the fifth seed, on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 3:30 p.m.

The Horseheads boys are the second seed in Class AA. They take on No. 1 Vestal in the sectional final at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Maine-Endwell.

Elmira is the second seed and Corning is the third seed in Class AAA boys. Elmira hosts Corning on Wednesday, October. 23 at 7 p.m. The winner heads to Ithaca for a 4:30 p.m. final on Nov. 2.

For the girls Corning is the second seed and Elmira is the third seed. They meet on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. at Corning. The winner takes on top seeded Ithaca at 2 p.m. at Ithaca on Nov. 2.

Horseheads is the second seed in Class AA. They hosts No. 3 Union-Endicott at 3:30 p.m. on the 22nd. The winner goes to Maine-Endwell at 2 p.m. on Nov. 2 to take on top-seed Vestal.

The Notre Dame girls are the top seed in Class C. They have a bye in the first round and on Friday, Oct. 25 they host the winner of No. 8 Newark Valley and No. 9 Delaware Valley at 3:30 p.m.
