CORNING — The Corning volleyball team swept their way to a win over Horseheads on Tuesday night, 25-16, 25-15, 25-21.

Gracee Work had nine points, two aces, 12 kills, a block and nine digs and Sam Molingou had seven points, eight kills, two blocks and a dig.

Madison Wood had eight points, two aces, two kills, 15 assists and three digs and Piper Emmick had three points, an ace, a kill, nine assists and seven digs.

Kailey McCormick had three kills, two blocks and two aces for Horseheads and Lexi Malay had nine digs.

Anna Ruhmel had five digs and Meleah Kohlberger had six assists and three aces, while Kaelyn McCarthy had four assists.

Corning won the JV match 25-2, 25-15, 25-10.

Paisley Emmick had 14 assists, nine points, two aces, three digs and two kills and Bella Gonzalez had six digs, three points and two aces.

Char Starns had three kills and two blocks and Mia Madden had five digs, 18 points and two aces.
