EDISON’S SLAVEN NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL BOYS “ATHLETE OF THE WEEK”
Slaven
was a perfect 12-for-12 passing for 187 yards and four touchdowns to
lead the Spartans to a 63-6 Homecoming win over Newfield.
It was the first homecoming win for Edison in four years.
Slaven did all of his damage in the first half, and sat out the second half.

CANTON’S SCHOONOVER NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL GIRLS “ATHLETE OF THE WEEK”Schoonover made history as the first golfer in program history to qualify for the PIAA, Class AA Girls’ Golf Championships.
Schoonover
took home silver at the District IV, Class AA Girls’ Championships,
shooting a 103 the first day at Williamsport Country Club, then
finishing with a 92 on the second day.
She finished plus-49 for the tournament, avoiding a playoff for third by one stroke.
