Southern Tier Sports Report CORNING — The Corning Hawks scored four second half goals on their way to a 5-1 win over Elmira on Tuesday night.
Taylor Freelove had a hat trick and Regis Farren and Landyn Proudfoot added goals in the game.
Rohan Amin, Devin Ianovici and Grayson Timmons had assists for the Hawks in the game.
Freelove had the only first-half goal, before the Hawks offense came alive in the second half.
Kaelan Brenen-Buseck had the Elmira goal off an assist from Spencer Wheeler.
“The guys came together and worked hard tonight on senior recognition night to earn a quality win over a quality team,” Corning coach Chad Freelove said. “We continue to get a little more healthy each day.
