PHILADELPHIA — The Corning girls’ 4x800 relay team finished 10th in their heat at the prestigious Penn Relays on Thursday morning.

The team of Faith Tubbs, Olivia Martinec, Leila Ianovici and Sarah Lawson finished with a time of 9:45.46.

Tubbs had a time of 2:23 for her leg, Lawson ran 2:24, Martinec ran 2:31 and Ianovici had a 2:25.
