HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL: EDISON SCORES FIVE IN FIFTH ON WAY TO WIN OVER SVEC (2024-04-19)

ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Edison softball team scored five runs in the fifth and two in the sixth on their way to a 7-1 win over SVEC on Friday.

Gabby Milazzo threw a five-hitter in the win, striking out 10.

Charlee Stroman had two hits for Edison, with an RBI and a run scored.

Aurora Parlo had a triple, two RBI and a run scored and Emily Aiello had a triple and a run scored, while Maycie Bennett had at triple, an RBI and two runs scored.

Kailey Ripley and Maddison Pack each had doubles in the game and Milazzo had a hit.

Brianna Korsky scored a run in the game and Emma Maggs had an RBI and a run scored.
