AAU BASKETBALL: LOCAL BOYS FIND SUCCESS AT ALL OR NOTHING TOURNEY IN CORNING (24 PHOTOS) (2024-04-15) Southern Tier Sports Report CORNING — Some area basketball players took part in the All or Nothing AAU Tournament in Corning over the weekend.
Horseheads varsity had a team in the tournament. They beat City Rocks Binghamton 4 54-21 and they beat 4/5 Canton 59-21.
They beat Warraq Warriors 94-44. They then beat the Tioga County Coyotes 59-42 on Saturday.They beat Red Wave 5 50-24 on Sunday and they beat City Rocks Binghamton 4 68-21.
There were also AAU teams from throughout the region. Elmira’s Drew Clearwater was among the local players on those teams, playing for the Red Wave Boys 8/9. They beat Interstate 10 Van Fossen 54-40.
