COLLEGE MEN'S LACROSSE: CORNING GRAD PERRY NAMED MAC FREEDOM OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (2024-04-08)

Corning graduate Nate Perry was named the MAC Freedom men’s lacrosse offensive player of the week for DeSales.

Perry led DeSales to a win in its lone game of the week over Delaware University, scoring four goals and adding four assists for eight points in the game. He also had two ground balls in the contest.

The eight points are a career high for Perry, who has scored goals in every game this year.

Twice in the past four games the Corning grad had four goals, with the other one coming against Montclair State. He also had four goals against Muhlenburg earlier this season.

He also had three goals in games against Stockton and Rensselaer and he had two goals against Ursinus, along with a goal each against Baldwin Wallace, Colorado College, Moravian and Cabrini.

Perry has six assists in the past three games.

Overall this year Perry has 24 goals and 12 assists in 10 games.

Perry leads the team in goals, is tied for second in assists and leads the team in points. He also leads the team in shots and shots on goal and also has 17 ground balls this year.
