LANSING — Mallory Sheehan scored 24 points as the Notre Dame girls’ basketball team edged Lansing 48-47 on Wednesday night.

Sheehan had three threes in the game, two in the fourth quarter.

Payton Sutryk had 11 points in the game, five in the final quarter, hitting three free throws down the stretch.

Emily Coseo had four points and Maddy Fargo, Jhamairah Maxwell and Alexis Becker each finished with two points.

Notre Dame trailed by two at the half, but took a one-point lead into the fourth and held on for the win.
