COLLEGE WRESTLING: HORSEHEADS GRAD LEVEY FINISHES SECOND FOR ALFRED ST. AT NY COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (2024-01-23)

Horseheads graduate Zach Levey earned a second-place finish for Alfred State at the New York Collegiate Championships.

Levey had a runner-up finish at 133-pounds. He opened the day with a 5:12 fall, then notched an injury default win to advance to the semifinals.

In the semifinals, Levey got a 10-9 win over Jacob Venezia (NYU) to get into the championship match, where he was edged by Ithaca’s Isaias Torres in overtime.
