An area youth bowler had a memorable day recently with a career-best series.

8-year-old Olivier Sturdevant bowls in the CIBA Bantam/Prep League on Saturday mornings at Crystal Lanes and he bowled his highest series to date over the weekend with a 420.

Sturdevant had games of 127, 141 and 152 on the day.
