U-E won the match 204-234.
Sam Masaki led Corning with a 44 and Gavin Walker shot a 46. Bryce Clark, Ethan Ford and Bois all shot 48, while Carter Smithmen shot a 52.
Defending state champion Dante Bertoni earned medalist honors for U-E with a 38 and Ryan Schappert shot a 39.
Matt Folli shot a 40 and Drew Karedes had a 42, while Don Barrett had a 45 and Tyler McHugh shot a 50.
Extra golfers for Corning were Caden Barrett (51), Finn Barber (53), Ethan Yarnell (54) and Spaulding (59).
