BIG FLATS — Jacob Staats earned medalist honors as the Horseheads golf team beat Binghamton 222-234.

Staats shot a round of 39 and Jack Fesetch finished with a round of 43.

Josh Stout shot a 45 and Hunter Earl had a 47, while Ayden Mekos shot a 48. Mason Holloway had a round of 52.

Sam Ligas shot a 43 for Binghamton and Dom Bernthon shot a 46, while Max Lisi shot a 47 and Carson Travis and Brady McManus each had rounds of 49, while Rocco Silsbee shot a 50.
