HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS' SWIMMING & DIVING: HORSEHEADS PICKS UP WIN AT M-E (2023-09-19)
Southern Tier Sports ReportENDWELL — The Horseheads girls’ swimming and diving team went on the road and topped Maine-Endwell 118-68 on Tuesday.
In the 200 medley relay Karina Lapierre, Sibby Lowe, Gabby Janeski and Mia Carro won in 2:01.46.
Genevieve Carro won the 200 free in 2:16.22 followed by teammates Lilana Hall and Ali Mosher in 2:17.06 and 2:21.86 respectively.
Mia Carro won the 200 IM in 2:29.14 followed by Lapierre in 2:35.99.
Sibby Lowe won the 50 free in 25.48 with Elise Levantovich third in 28.67.
In the diving Ella Blowers was second at 218.70 followed by Britney Wheeler at 218.10.
Mia Carro won the 100 fly in 1:05.39 and Sibby Lowe won the 100 free in 55.28 with Rebecka Hutcheson third in 1:05.46.
Lapierre won the 500 free in 6:06.35 followed by Hall (6:09.79) and Levantovich (6:19.89).
Anna Lowe, Sibby Lowe, Mia Carro and acKenzie Grover won the 200 free relay in 1:48.86 and Mosher was second in the 100 back in 1:10.91 followed by Ava Knowlton (1:20.48).
Genevieve Carro won the 100 breaststroke in 1:22.87.
Anna Lowe, Levantovich, Mosher and Genevieve Carro won the 400 free relay in 4:16.31.
