HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' SOCCER: CORNING TOPS HORSEHEADS ON A RAINY NIGHT (24 PHOTOS) (2023-09-13) Southern Tier Sports Report CORNING — In a game played in heavy rain, that included a weather delay, the Corning boys’ soccer team beat Horseheads 6-1 on Tuesday night to stay unbeaten.
Carter Rosno had two goals and an assist. He’s up to 20 goals this year and has multiple goals in every game this year.
Taylor Freelove had two goals and Jake Kempton and Charlie Warner each had goals, while Tomasso Cruciani had an assist.
Ricky Condon had the Horseheads goal off a Dominic Hugg assist.
Corning had 17 shots and six corner kicks and Horseheads had six shots and no corner kicks.
