REXFORD — The Horseheads girls’ golf team finished eighth as a team at the NYSPHSAA Girls’ Golf Championships at The Edison Club.

Horseheads shot +232 as a team, shooting 405 the first round and 403 the second round for a 808 total.

Brooklyn Moffe tied for 65th with a 189 total. She had rounds of 92 and 97.

Olivia Hatch shot 198 to tie for 75th. She had rounds of 104 and then shot 10 shots better the second day with a 94.

Mady Weigand tied for 82nd with a 205 total. She had rounds of 99 and 106. Ava Fairbrother shot 216 to finish 91st. She had rounds of 110 and 106.
