NEWARK VALLEY — The Edison softball team had 19 hits as they rolled to a 17-1 win in five innings on Friday.

Madasyn Huffner had a 3-for-3 day with a home run and three RBI and Maddison Pack had three hits, three runs scored and a triple.

Mariana Jones-Frosolone had three hits and scored two runs, while allowing three hits and striking out 10 on the mound.

Brianna Korsky had two hits, an RBI and three runs scored and Kailey Ripley had two hits, with a double and an RBI.

Carissa Cowan had two hits and two RBI and Charlee Stroman had two hits, with a double.
