Corning scored seven runs in the second inning on their way to a 10-2 win over Archbishop Ryan in Myrtle Beach on Monday.

Lauren DeRosa was 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI and two runs scored.

Kayleigh Sparks had a home run for the Hawks and drove in three runs, while scoring a run.

Sophia Polzella had two hits, with an RBI and a run scored and Kendall Curreri and Peyton Sullivan had hits in the game. Sullivan scored a run for the Hawks.

Maddie Dibble scored two runs for the Hawks and Lily MacNeal and Daphne Sherman each scored runs for the Hawks in the game.

Sullivan went the distance on the mound, striking out eight and allowing five hits and two runs, one earned.
