HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS' GOLF: DEFENDING SECTIONAL CHAMPS HORSEHEADS OPEN SEASON AT HOME AGAINST CORNING AND WAVERLY (2023-03-28)

A season ago the Horseheads girls’ golf team captured a sectional title.

Now, they return the same group back as they look to defend that title.

The Blue Raiders open the season at home today against Corning and Waverly at Willowcreek.

Returners include 12th graders  Brooklyn Moffe and  Delaney Cook
11th graders Ava Fairbrother and Olivia Hatch
10th grader Maddy Weigand
Comments:  these five golfers represent a solid core to the team.  We have a great outlook to the season with all five having participated in last year's State tournament after winning the team sectional Championship.
