CORNING — The Corning boys and girls track and field teams opened the season with wins over Horseheads on Monday.

Corning’s girls won 111-30, and the boys picked up a 105-36 victory.

For the girls in the 100 meters Tess Eisner of Horseheads won in 13.59 followed by Corning’s Osa Uyinwen in 14.10 and Megan Kirk in 14.26.

Corning’s Cella McLaughlin won the 200 in 27.59 followed by teammates Kirk (29.73) and Uyinwen in 29.89.

Kirk won the 400 in 1:05.36 followed by teammate Olivia Martinec in 1:08.60 and Jennifer Kruckow of Horseheads in 1:09.85.

Corning’s Elianna Schneider won the 800 in 2:41.39 followed by teammates Maddie Sweet (2:45.23) and Abby Reppert (2:49.33).

Sarah Lawson of Corning won the 1500 in 5:21.12 followed by Horseheads’ CeCe Cowen (5:57.99) and Megan Gensel of Corning (6:03.32).

Lawson won the 3000 in 11:30.77 followed by teammate Meghan McLaughlin (12:32.33) and Corinne DeFiliippo of Horseheads in 13:02.47.

Cella McLaughlin won the 100 hurdles in 16.49 followed by teammate Paige Kasterson (18.17) and Sophia Cipolla of Horseheads (18.78).

Corning’s Leila Ianovici won the 400 hurdles in 1:12.59 followed by Horseheads’ Alexus Borek (1:13.64) and Corning’s Meghan McLaughlin (1:17.16).

Cornings’ Cameron Mase, Shyanne Roney, Emma Mase and Trinity Prevues-Coleman won the 4x100 relay in 58.22.

Corning’s Evangeline Ferratella, Ianovici, Kirk and Kesterson won the 1600 relay in 4:31 and Cowen, Samantha Oakes, Ayla Kerwan and Taylor Tremba of Horseheads won the 3200 relay in 11:24.41.

Borke won the high jump at 4-feet, 6-inches followed by Corning’s Cella McLaughlin (4-feet, 4-inches) and Reppert (4-feet, 4-inches).

Madison Olson of Corning won the pole vault at 5-feet, followed by teammates Reppert and Emma Mase at the same height.

In the long jump Eisner won at 16-feet, 8-inches followed by Corning’s Cella McLaughlin (16-feet, 6 1/2-inches) and Elly Bachert of Horseheads (14-feet, 1 1/4-inches).

Gwen Zimmerman of Corning won the triple jump at 29-feet, 8 1/2-inches followed by Kesterson (29-feet, 6 3/4-inches) and Ianovici (28-feet, 11 1/2-inches).

Ashley Tubbs of Corning won the shot put at 27-feet, 4 1/2-inches followed by teammates Evelyn Starns (26-feet, 10 1/4-inches) and Harlee Dessoye (25-feet, 3-inches).

Sophia Cimo won the discus at 95-feet, 11 1/4-inches followed by Dessoye (78-feet, 4 1/2-inches) and Tubbs (77-feet, 10-inches).

For the boys in the 100 Gyasi Ruffin won in 11.49 followed by Horseheads’ Bradock Salisbury (11..66) and Corning’s Zuri Ruffin (11.79).

Gyasi Ruffin won the 200 in 23.43 followed by Horseheads’ Seth Wilsoncroft (23.89) and Salisbury (24.13).

Gyasi Ruffin won the 400 in 53.97 followed by teammates Ethan Ferrie (56.52) and Zachary Thomas (58.06).

Tevin McLaren of Corning won the 800 in 2:01.31 followed by Corning’s Joshua Beres (2:11.57) and Horseheads’ Samir Gulati (2:17.45).

Gregory Homa of Corning won the 1600 in 4:52.59 followed by teammates Joseph Caruso (4:53.15) and Charles Warner (4:53.41).

Gabe Cornfield of Corning won the 3200 meters in 11:15.10 followed by teammates DJ Cornfield (11:15.48) and Marcus Homa (11:15.65).

Horseheads’ Noah Puffer won the 110 hurdles in 16.52 followed by Corning’s Brady Hughes (16.80) and Dylan Rose (17.24).

Hugo Mazzali of Corning won the 400 hurdles in 1:02.71 followed by teammate Seojun Cho (1:05.18) and Horseheads’ Nolan Cruise (1:08.03).

Corning’s Alex Kolpein, John Tolly, Thomas and Wyatt McDonald won the 4x100 relay in 52.65.

Ferrie, Marcus Homa, McLaren and Gregory Homa won the 1600 relay in 3:57.87 and Beres, Sebastian Boutwell, Jaxyn Mahoney and Anthony Mendoza won the 3200 relay in 8:58.85.

Ruffer won the high jump at 5-feet, 10-inches followed by Corning’s Hughes (5-feet, 6-inches) and Zuri Ruffin (5-feet, 4-inches).

Corning’s Nathaniel Jennings won the pole vault at 11-feet followed by teammates Kolpein (8-feet, 6-inches) and Ethan Wentzel (6-feet, 6-inches).

Ruffer won the high jump at 18-feet, 10 3/4-inches followed by teammate Connor Trimber (17-feet, 2 1/2-inches) and Rose (17-feet, 1 1/2-inches).

Mazzali won the triple jump at 38-feet, 10 3/4-inches followed by Cho (37-feet, 4-inches) and Trimber (33-feet, 9 3/4-inches).

Cabe Hogue of Corning won the shot put at 39-feet, 4-inches followed by Horseheads’ Cole Koratsis (32-feet, 6-inches) and Lucas Allington (31-feet, 2 1/2-inches).

Hogue won the discus at 121-feet followed by Koratsis (97-feet, 5 1/2-inches) and Ruffer (75-feet, 1 1/2-inches).
