The first full week of spring sports gets going with 33 events this week, including nine on Tuesday and eight on Friday.

Let’s look at the events each day, including how many events are happening each day.

MONDAY (4)
* The Horseheads and Corning track and field teams open with a dual meet at Corning.
* The Horseheads girls’ lacrosse team hosts Chenango Forks, Elmira hosts Ithaca and Corning is at Seton Catholic.

TUESDAY (9)
* The Horseheads girls golf team hosts Corning and Waverly at Willowcreek.
* The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team hosts Vestal, Elmira hosts Johnson City, Corning hosts Binghamton and Notre Dame is at Watkins Glen.
* The Edison softball team is at Watkins Glen.
* The Edison track and field team joins Waverly at Spencer Van-Etten and Notre Dame, Candor and Newark Valley are at Tioga.
* The Notre Dame tennis team hosts Edison.

WEDNESDAY (4)
* The Horseheads tennis team is at Union-Endicott.
* The Elmira baseball team hosts Ithaca and Notre Dame hosts Moravia.
* The Corning girls’ lacrosse team hosts Ithaca.

THURSDAY (6)
* The Horseheads girls’ lacrosse team is at Maine-Endwell, Elmira hosts Johnson City and Corning hosts Binghamton.
* The Corning boys’ lacrosse team is at Vestal.
* The Edison tennis team hosts Trumansburg and Notre Dame is at Moravia.

FRIDAY (8)
* The Horseheads tennis team hosts Ithaca and Corning hosts Binghamton.
* The Horseheads boys’ lacrosse team hosts Ithaca and Elmira is at Binghamton.
* The Elmira softball team is at Binghamton.
* The Edison baseball team is at Tioga, Notre Dame hosts Watkins Glen and Corning is at the PBR Lumber Yard High School Classic in Cortland.

SATURDAY (2)
* The Corning and Elmira track and field teams are at the Windsor Invite.
* Corning’s baseball team is at the PBR Lumber Yard High School Classic in Cortland.
