CORNING — Coming off a Section IV Championship season, the Corning girls’ lacrosse team is back at work preparing for a new season and to try and defend that title.

Corning began practices this week as they look to defend the title they won a year ago when they beat Ithaca in the sectional final.

Corning opens the regular season on the road at Seton Catholic on March 27. There first home game is March 29 when they host Ithaca.
