HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL: WITH NEW COACH AT THE HELM HORSEHEADS PREPARES TO TRY AND DEFEND SECTIONAL TITLE THIS YEAR (24 PHOTOS) (2023-03-17) Southern Tier Sports Report HORSEHEADS — With a new coach at the helm the Horseheads softball team has begun gearing up for the season as they look to defend their Section 4 title.
A year ago they beat Corning in a sectional final, and they return a strong group from last year’s team as they gear up for this season.
With the team going through their first week of practices, they have a new coach this year with Paul Richmond taking over the program.
