COLLEGE SOFTBALL: KORATSIS HITS GRAND SLAM FOR FORDHAM, TIED FOR TEAM LEAD IN HOMERS, LEADS TEAM IN RBI (2023-03-12)

Horseheads graduate Eva Koratsis made an impact with her bat at the collegiate level as she blasted a no-doubt grand slam to help Fordham softball top Niagara 7-2.

In the first inning of the game Fordham got a two-out grand slam. She finished the game with the grand slam, the four RBI and two runs scored.

IN her past five games played the Horseheads graduate has three home runs. She has five hits this year, and four of them are for extra bases, a triple and three home runs. She has eight RBI on the season.

Koratsis is tied for the team lead in home runs and she leads the team in RBI this season. She’s also just one off the team lead with 16 total bases.

The Horseheads graduate leads the team in slugging percentage at .571.
