The Edison volleyball team moved to 2-0 on the year with a sweep of Newark Valley on Friday, 25-23, 25-17, 25-19.

Maycie Bennett had five aces, two kills, four assists and a dig and Kailey Ripley had six assists.

Payton Littlefield had three kills and Emma Maggs had four aces and four kills.

Gabby Milazzo had four aces, two assists and five digs and Charlee Stroman had four digs, while Abri Caban had four aces.

Jenna Hanson had four assists, a kill and a dig for Newark Valley and Rosie Wandell had an ace.

Rae Mathewson had six aces, two assists and two digs and Laura Ludwig had three aces.

Leah Austin-Whitaker had an ace and three kills and Jasmine Graham had an ace, three kills and four digs.

Kalyna Graham had two kills and a dig and Joslyn Wright had eight digs.

Michael Medina had two digs and Matthew Kasper had three digs and an ace.

Edison won the JV match 25-8, 25-19, 15-25.
