COLLEGE SOFTBALL: CORNING GRAD BENNETT EARNS ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS FOR LE MOYNE (2022-05-18)

Corning graduate Laura Bennett was one of four Le Moyne College softball players to earn Northeast-10 Conference honors.

Bennett was one of two second-team selections for Le Moyne.

The redshirt sophomore right-handed pitcher was one of the most dominant strikeout pitchers in the NE10 this year.

Bennett struck out 124 during NE10 matchups, the second highest total among all pitchers in the conference. She established a 1.77 ERA against conference opponents during NE 10 play. Bennett won 13 games for Le Moyne this year, including six complete-game shutouts.

Bennett was joined on the second team by teammate Alyssa Dybacz and Vestal graduate Cassidy Barrett earned first-team honors and Isabelle Boudreau earned third-team honors.
