NEWARK VALLEY — The Notre Dame softball team won for the seventh straight time on Wednesday, beating Newark Valley 17-1.

Olivia Switzer struck out 10, allowing no earned runs in the game.

Lawson Bigelow was 3-for-3 with three RBI. She’s 7-for-7 her past two games.

Shannon Maloney and Paige Harvey each had two hits with two RBI in the game.

The Crusaders head to the IAC Championship game today against Lansing at 7 p.m. at Wells College.
