MYRTLE BEACH — The Horseheads softball team picked up a win on day two of the Grand Strand Classic in Myrtle Beach, beating Lewisville out of Richburg, SC 14-1.

Fordham commit Eva Koratsis had three doubles for the Blue Raiders, driving in a run and scoring two runs.

Maddie Matkosky had three hits and two RBI in the game.

Kristen Cole, Velle Giammichele and Megan Wolf all had doubles for Horseheads in the game.

Giammichele drove in two runs and scored two runs, Cole had an RBI and two runs scored and Wolf had an RBI and a run scored.

Carly Scott, Olivia Packard, Molly Wolf, Grace Perritt and Gabby Beschler all had hits for Horseheads on the day.

Scott had four RBI and a run scored, Beschler had an RBI and a run scored, Megan Wolf had an RBI and a run scored and Molly Wolf scored two runs and Perritt scored a run.

Kailee West and Katie Morse each scored runs for the Blue Raiders in the game.

Scott and Matkosky each stole bases in the game.
