Southern Tier Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — The Horseheads Blue Raiders boys’ soccer team picked up a 5-0 home win over Union-Endicott.
Jaxon Andrus opened the scoring seven minutes into the game when he headed home a corner off an assist from Mason Earl.
Earl scored off a cross from Preston Harmer 10 minutes into the half and Horseheads scored three more in the next 10 minutes with a second goal by Earl, assist again by Harmer and the other goals by Dominic Wood and Connor Miele.
“It was a really well played game tonight by Horseheads,” Horseheads coach Mark Mucci said. “We possessed well, controlled the tempo of the match, and finished our opportunities.”
