SPENCER — The Notre Dame boys’ soccer team broke open a scoreless game at the half and won 2-1 at SVEC on Wednesay night.

Justin Mullen and Matt Keough had the Notre Dame goals and Chimebooka Okonkwo had an assist.

Nathan Morse had the SVEC goal.

Notre Dame had 16 shots and seven corners and SVEC had six shots and five corner kicks.

Brendan O’Brien had five saves for Notre Dame and Brennan Zimmerman had 13 saves for SVEC.
