Southern Tier Sports ReportVESTAL — The Horseheads girls’ swimming and diving team was edged by Vestal on Tuesday, 95-90.
Caroline Wilcox was second in the 200 free in 2:21.98 and in the 200 IM Maeve Manwaring was second in 2:29.75 followed by Lillian Spicher in 2:47.82.
Hailey Stanton was second in the 50 free in 29.14 followed by Mylah Castellano in 29.75.
Makenzie Blauvelt was second in the diving at 256.30 followed by Rylan Augustine at 173.05.
Manwaring won the 100 fly in 1:06.81 and in the 100 free Stanton was second in 1:04.30 and Castellano was third in 1:08.30.
Reese Collier was third in the 500 free in 6:41.87 and Horseheads won the 200 free relay in 1:54.35.
Wilcox was second in the 100 back in 1:12.74 followed by Devon Gambrell in 1:21.31.
Lizzy Brown was second in the 100 breaststroke in 1:23.68 followed by Spicher in 1:25.63.
