Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA — The Horseheads Blue Raiders won all three doubles matches, and got a comeback win at third singles to edge Elmira 4-3 on Monday.
In third singles Lydia Mackey of Horseheads won 4-6, 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 over Dayna Zhydovlenko to help seal the win for the Blue Raiders.
In first doubles Peyton Peterson and Hannah Mattoon won 6-3, 6-3 over Jayden Mann and Hannah Reynolds of Elmira.
Ellie Pagano and Elissandra Scibek edged Millie Kiersten and Mary Collins 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 at second doubles.
In third doubles Adelaide Pronti and Aditi Kamaraju won for Horseheads 6-1, 7-5 over Aurora Cook and Leilani Nick.
Elmira’s Ella Devlin won 6-4, 6-1 over Laura Cummings at first singles and her sister Marley Devlin won 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 over Kaitlyn Soper at second singles.
Amelia Allen of Elmira won 6-3, 6-4 over Niyati Sharma at fourth singles.
