ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Notre Dame boys’ soccer team broke open a scoreless first half with four second-half goals in a 4-0 win over Edison on Monday night.
Justin Mullen had two goals and two assists and Matt Keough and Jake Mullen had goals. Keough had two assists in the game.
Notre Dame had 27 shots and 11 corner kicks and Edison had a shot and a corner kick.
Nate Perez was dominant in goal for Edison, keeping the game scoreless at the half. He finished the game with 23 saves. Brendan O’Brien had a save for Notre Dame.
Edison is at Watkins Glen on Wednesday and Notre Dame is at SVEC.
