HORSEHEADS — The Horseheads boys’ golf team was edged by Union-Endicott on Friday at Soaring Eagles, 214-221. Jeff Cain tied for medalist honors with a 39 for the Blue Raiders and Jackson Palumbo shot a 40.
Boedi Knapp had a 46 and Braden Sternquist shot a 47. Jackson Bell had a 49. Mo Cardinale had a 52.
Ryan Shappert shot a 39 for U-E to share medalist honors and Alex Roberts shot a 41. Joe Miller had a 44 and Lee Olenki and Michael Castoro each shot a 45. Josh Williams had a 48.
