Southern Tier Sports ReportCORNING — The Corning girls’ swimming and diving team picked up an 81-64 victory over Binghamton on Tuesday afternoon.
Corning won the 200 medley relay in 2:02.09. Ella Ballard won the 200 free in 2:06.87 with Lia Kunigonis was third in 2:39.54.
Alexys Nale won the 200 IM in 2:31.89 followed by Sharon Hwang took second in 3:02.89.
Leah Muckey was second in the 50 free in 28.74 followed by Marlo Fuchs in 31.44.
Sharon De Pedro won the diving at 136.70.
Alyssa Reimsnyder won the 100 fly in 1:07.18 with Fuchs third in 1:21.52.
Muckey won the 100 free in 1:03.84 followed by Emma Coeffic in 1:07.92.
Ballard won the 500 free in 5:30.46 followed by Clare Pedicure (7:35.84) and Leah Kauffman (7:48.77).
Corning’s 200 free relay had the top time in 1:55.85 and in the 100 back Nale had the top time in 1:07.13 followed by Kuniognis in 1:23.54.
Hwang had the second best time in the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.10 followed by Coeffic in 1:27.88.
The Hawks had the top time in the 400 free relay in 4:21.79.
