Southern Tier Sports ReportENDICOTT — Elmira’s Aidan Ranck had a third-place finish to lead local golfers at the 31st Annual Nick Dinunzio Memorial Golf Tournament.
Horseheads had a third-place finish as a team.
Ranck shot a round of 73. Teddy Brosius of Vestal won at 68 and Matthew Brunick of Norwich was second at 71.
Horseheads’ Jackson Palumbo shot a round of 78 to take 12th and Horseheads Jeff Cain and Mo Cardinale and Elmira’s Ryan Ferrario each shot a round of 80 to finish tied for 16th.
Horseheads’ Jackson Bell, Boedi Knapp and Braden Sternest all shot rounds of 82.
Brayden Dean of Elmira shot a round of 85 and Isaiah Kibler of Corning shot a round of 86 along with Max Norman of Elmira.
Drew Reynolds of Elmira shot an 89 and Dominick Faulisi shot a 91.Judah Stauffer of Corning shot a round of 91.
Hunter Akins of Corning shot a 93 and teammate Connor Nehring shot a round of 94. Luca Jennings of Corning had a round of 100 and teammate Wyatt Loszynski shot a 105.
Horseheads took third as a team at 402. Elmira finished seventh as a team at 413. Corning was 16th at 464. Maine-Endwell won at 387 followed by Vestal at 395.
