Southern Tier Sports ReportHorseheads’ Sydney Blunt was a fourth-team all-state flag football pick in Class B on defense.
Blunt had 32 tackles, five interceptions, returning two for scores this year. She also ran for 850 yards on 95 carries with seven scores and had 17 catches for 180 yards and two scores. She had a 50-yard punt return for a score.
Elmira’s Kayvonna King was a sixth-team pick on defense in Class A.
King finished second in Section IV with nine interceptions.
