ELMIRA — The Corning girls’ golf team picked up a win over Elmira on Friday afternoon at Mark Twain Golf Course.
Delaney Abel earned medalist honors with a two-under 34 on the par 36 front-nine. While Notre Dame didn’t have a full team, Emma Steed had the second lowest score on the day with a 45.
Corning shot 192 and Elmira was at 255.
Harper Abel shot a 50 and Tess Barber and Zoe Martin both had rounds of 54 for Corning. Caroline Welch shot a 65 and Penelope Kutch had a round of 37.
Along with the 45 from Steed the Crusaders got a 54 from Sabrina O’Connor and Simone Miller shot a 72.
Mary Collins shot a 59 for Elmira and Hannah Reynolds had a round of 61.
Olivia Phillips shot a 66 and Kiersten Oakley and Alyssa Murphy both shot rounds of 69.
