Horseheads graduate Mason Holloway threw his longest outing of the season recently for the Binghamton University baseball team.
On April 11 the freshman threw 5 1/3 innings of three-hit, one-run ball against UMBC to get the win. He struck out three.
One outing before that Holloway struck out a career-high seven in four innings of one-run ball.
Holloway has pitched in 11 games this year, with four starts, going 2-2 on the year in 30 1/3 innings, striking out 30.
