HORSEHEADS — Delaney Abel shot a round of 36 and Kamryn Fusare had a hole-in-one as the Corning girls’ golf team beat Horseheads 203-230 at Soaring Eagles. 

Abel shot 12 shots better than anyone else to earn medalist honors. Zoe Martin shot a 54 and Fusare shot a 56. Tess Barber shot a 57 and Caroline Welch had a 69, while Margo Meck had a round of 71.

Fusare had a hole in one on the fourth hole with an eight-iron from 109 yards. 

Jemma Randle led Horseheads with a 48 and Ellie Padgett shot a 54. Lacey Titsworth shot a 61 and Katie Miley had a 64. Lydia Rockwell shot a 70 and Lily Amber Matzke shot a 71.
