Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA HEIGHTS — Kayla Rossi threw a perfect game as the Edison softball team beat Trumansburg 12-0 on Wednesday.
Rossi struck out 12 of the 15 batters in the five inning game.
Rossi also had two hits, three RBI and a run scored and Aurora Parlo had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored.
Hailey Clark had a hit, an RBI and three runs scored and Rosie Wheeler had a hit, an RBI and a run scored.
Teresa Carter had a hit and an RBI and Peyton Gibbs had a hit and scored a run.
Tayler Burdick, Carissa Cowan, Haleigh Rodriguez and Cierra Davis all scored runs in the game and Davis had an RBI.
