Southern Tier Sports ReportENDWELL — The Corning baseball team fell behind 4-0 after three innings and weren’t able to come all the way back in a 5-2 loss at Maine-Endwell.
Andrew Welch had two hits in the game and Parker Tolbert had a hit and a run scored, while Preston Miller had a hit.
Noah Hutter scored a run in the game.
Welch struck out four in three innings, allowing two hits and four unearned runs and Nate Bretch worked two innings, allowing three hits and an unearned run, striking out four.
