Southern Tier Sports ReportSOUTHPORT — The Notre Dame/Watkins Glen boys’ lacrosse team fell to Chenango Valley 19-6 on Tuesday.
“Came out flat and never got any momentum,” ND/WG coach Geoff Crossley said. “It was one of those games that nothing went our direction and that just can’t happen against a team like CV.
“This will not be a game that defines us. This is one we learn from and put behind us.”
Notre Dame takes on Johnson City on Thursday.
Finn Schweizer had a goal and three assists for the Crusaders and Sam Hohle had three goals.
Landon English had a goal and an assist and Garrett Kone had a goal, while Declan Berry had nine saves in goal.
