COLLEGE SOFTBALL: ELMIRA GRAD TAFT HITS FIRST COLLEGIATE HR FOR BUCKNELL (2026-03-10)

Elmira graduate Sonny Taft hit her first collegiate home run on Tuesday, blasting a two-run shot against Gardner-Webb. 

Before the home run on Tuesday the Elmira grad had a hit and scored two runs in a game against Canisius last month. She stole a base against East Texas A&M this year. 

The game against Gardner-Webb was the fifth start of the year for Taft.
