VESTAL — Horseheads graduate Mason Holloway pitched 1 1/3 innings in relief to help Binghamton University pick up a 15-9 win over St. Bonaventure University.
Holloway allowed two hits and one run in the 1 1/3 innings of work.
The game comes three days after the best outing of the year for the Horseheads graduate. At Richmond on Saturdy he worked 2 1/3 shutout innings, allowing two hits and striking out one.
Holloway had a career-high four strikeouts in his first outing of the year against DBU.
This year Holloway has worked 8 2/3 innings, striking out eight and allowing eight earned runs.
