CORNING — The Horseheads boys shot a huge score on Wednesday with a game of 1,203, as they beat Johnson City 4-1 on Wednesday night. 

The Horseheads girls lost 5-0, but Joslynn Peters had a PR with a 171 in the third game.

The boys shot 949, 1,203 and 1,017 for a 3,169, while JC shot 975, 950 and 979 for a 2,904.

Cayden Bowman led Horseheads with a 224-257-190-671 and Noah Cady shot 187-234-234-655 and Zane Alexander shot 151-264-224-639.

Gabriel Merrill shot 180-223-210-613 and Micah Merrill shot 207-225-159-591.

Horseheads girls shot 546, 604 and 636 for a 1,786, while Johnson City shot 657, 669 and 646 for a 1,972.
